Our support methods vary based on client-specific needs. We have the capabilities to do most of our support online, however we value the face-to-face relationships we have with our clients. Our Network Specialists are regularly dispatched for on-site support such as wiring networks & server installations, and our client relations specialist is readily available for all of our clients' needs.

Aside from on-site support our team offers remote network support such as risk assessments and network design, along with our most efficient service: remote management.

ITG’s Remote Control application provides users with the option to request instant access support. Upon user connection, an ITG Specialist can communicate and troubleshoot an issue while a device is in use. ​​​
